SHIPPING
US shipping is 2-5 business days. Rest of the world 10-30 business days. Please also allow for a 2 day production time. This means you can contact me within 24hours after your have placed the order, in case you change your mind.

TOLL AND CUSTOMS
Custom fees and taxes are excluded during checkout, as this is varied based on the country you are located in and your local rules. Studio Mamiro do not take any responsibility for added fees or taxes, as this is your, the customers responsibility alone. Toll and Customs are on you, and out of Studio Mamiros hands. If your package is held in customs for any reason, or you refuse to pay toll and taxes, this is a case between you and your Country. Studio Mamiro will have no say in the matter. You are therefor responsible for checking these matters before placing your order to avoid any unwanted surprises before receiving your package.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, as the designs are printed just for you, we won't be able to handle returns due to a change of heart, if you ordered the wrong size or color. Be sure to use the size chart before placing your order for exactly this reason.

 

If however there is something wrong with your order, size, print etc be sure to reach out as soon as possible for a full refund. Clothing must be unworn, and a high quality picture will be needed. Use the contact form, and we will make sure to handle this as soon as possible.

 

WASHING

Wash on a Gentle cycle. Max 90F (30C). Avoid Fabric Softeners and Bleach! Do not iron on the print. If you must tumble dry, set it to low.

MOCKUPS

I used digital ai-enhanced mockups to present my products. Be aware that all monitors and phones are adjusted differently, meaning lighting and colors can be a bit different than what you see on your monitor of choice. Products can because of these variables vary slightly from mockup to actual product.
